Key Responsibilities

Lead product development initiatives for fancy and specialty yarns
Supervise day-to-day production processes and ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to introduce innovative yarn solutions
Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot technical production issues
Monitor production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste

Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and target export markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients
Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Collaborate with the production and product development teams to align client needs with product offerings

Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in sales and marketing within the yarn or textile industry
